François Jolly, Head of the School's Incubators, selected the 9 start-ups incubated at NEOMA based on their international aspect and the real involvement of the project leaders who are now living every entrepreneur's dream of working in the creative and innovative heart of Silicon Valley.

A study trip to discover a unique entrepreneurial ecosystem
For the project leaders of the Barks, Cassette, Drive Eco'Vrac, EZB, Nicomed, PicMe, Pimp My Sound, Pomelo and So Far projects, the purpose behind the trip is extremely clear: to discover a dynamic and culturally different entrepreneurial ecosystem, acquire best practices, develop their own concepts, business models and ambitions and to challenge their own methods and broaden their horizons by discovering a range of otherwise unthought-of markets and opportunities.📝 The first days were impressive for our 10 students who visited the iconic city of #SanFrancisco! Over the course of the week, the project leaders from the School's various programmes (BRM ECAL, Global BBA, Ms Market Research and Decision-Making, Master in Management and TEMA) will meet key figures involved in the digital revolution: Google, Facebook and Mozilla, visit the University of Berkeley, local incubators and accelerators, hold discussions with entrepreneurs and graduates of the School who have moved to San Francisco and try out their own pitches. They will also attend a number of conferences and workshops focusing on start-up development.
Support for incubated startups "made in NEOMA"
The ambitious programme is part of the support programme for budding entrepreneurs set up by the NEOMA Incubator. "It is quite natural to choose Silicon Valley as the ideal destination for this study trip, simply because it is the most dynamic region of innovation in the world", says Denis Gallot, Director of the Startup Lab. "It is here that our project leaders will be able to develop their ideas and strategies by drawing inspiration from the most successful ideas and entrepreneurial practices".
"As well as the wealth of experience to be gained, our goal is to enable them to take a significant step forward in their approach to creating or taking over a company," adds François Jolly.
Finally, the trip not only provides the project leaders with an exceptional experience, it is also an excellent opportunity for NEOMA to strengthen its ties with the international innovation eco-system.
