NEOMA's world

Thematics :

In 2023, the NEOMA Foundation was happy to welcome new members to its executive committee. Three alumni with exemplary careers will now take part in the strategic decisions of the NEOMA Foundation.

Ilan Benhaim joins the Founders College, Marc Wolff the Donors College and Laurent Kleitman the Qualified Individuals College.

Our strength is in our graduates. If each one contributes to their own personal influence and the school’s influence, it will have a positive impact on the careers of employees and future graduates. It’s important to ensure that the school becomes stronger, enrolling more students through scholarships and financial aid, developing more facilities and expanding the campuses. And all this is done with funds”, Ilan Benhaim said.

Ilan BENHAIM – Co-Founder and Partner of Veepee, President of NEOMA Alumni

A 2001 Master in Management graduate, Ilan Benhaim has been involved in the NEOMA Foundation from the very beginning. A proponent of entrepreneurship, he has contributed much to creating the school’s three incubators.

Ilan Benhaim is an entrepreneur and business angel. Co-founder and partner of Veepee (ex-vente-privee.com), he is currently a member of the board of directors of this pioneering company in the area of event-driven online sales. In 2019, he became the founder of IB Participations S.A., an investment holding company specialised in start-up financing around the world. At the end of 2020, he became president of NEOMA Alumni, the alumni association for NEOMA Business School.

Marc WOLFF – Chief Executive Officer at Family Office Hive & Colony Management

Marc Wolff graduated from the Master in Management programme in 1992. Along with his roles in his family foundation, Marc Wolff is on the board of directors of Lacerta Therapeutics and Oncodea and is an operating partner at Kineticos Ventures.

Marc Wolff has lived in the United States for nearly 20 years. He has built his career in the life sciences sector. Most recently he was Chief Executive Officer of Calviri Inc., a biotech company involved in cancer-fighting vaccine research and Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Aldevron, a company specialised in manufacturing DNA plasmides, a base component for genetic and cellular therapies and Covid vaccines.

Laurent KLEITMAN – General Director of the Mandarin Oriental group

A 1988 graduate of the Master in Management programme, Laurent Kleitman began his career as an assistant commercial attaché for the France embassy in Russia. He continued his career on the international stage, working for large groups like LVMH and Unilever. He then held highly strategic posts as president of the Consumer Beauty Division for Coty and then president and CEO of Parfums Christian Dior. He now lives Hong Kong where he manages an international group of luxury hotels.

Just like all NEOMA graduates with remarkable careers who were or are currently members of the executive committee, these three new members can now offer their commitment and expertise to supporting the ambitions of the NEOMA Foundation.
