The latest DBA course took place in Shanghai on April 9th and 10th, 2016. Professor ZHENG Xingshan, from Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Antai College of Economics and Management, discussed Organisational Behaviour.
In his course Professor ZHENG put a particular emphasis on team coordination and staff management, two vital aspects of management theory and practice. The course also gave our DBA students numerous opportunities to reflect on their management practices and to develop a thorough understanding of the profound relationship between individual and organisation. Through this course, Professor ZHENG aims at giving the students the tools they need to create a more harmonious and efficient organisation within their companies.
