Each year, the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) organises its annual conference. This year, the event was held on June 7-8 in Copenhagen. The main theme for this edition was “Education 4.0: New employment, new skills, new education.”

Numerous speakers were invited to the event. Amongst them, Alain Goudey, Chief Digital Officer of NEOMA Business School, who presented internally developed practical cases based on Immersive Virtual Reality. A new teaching method that has inspired many people involved in European education.

The annual EFMD conference is an important date. The event was conceived to respond to the needs of those interested in management and education. It brings together members from the EFMD, companies, teaching establishments and other associations, offering a diversity of perspectives and discussions on the conference theme.
