Nicholas PAPAROIDAMIS, professor and head of Marketing department at NEOMA Business School, received the Best Paper by Theme Award at the 2018 AMA Winter Academic Conference (American Marketing Association) held in February at New Orleans, LA, USA.

His paper “Does It Really Matter? The Impact of Cultural Intelligence on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty in Intercultural Service Encounters” co-written with Huong Thi Thanh TRAN (IESEG School of Management) was selected in the “Marketing and Consumption Around the World” category.
