NEOMA's world

Thematics :

In renewing our agreement on 7 January 2016, for the eighth consecutive year, the bank Caisse d’Epargne Lorraine Champagne-Ardenne has confirmed its extremely close links with NEOMA Business School. Since 2008, the bank has provided very real support for our students, notably by financing scholarships, hosting interns and apprentices, and by supporting student entrepreneurs.

Support for social diversity
“In financing these scholarships, we are committed to encouraging social diversity in the very best higher education programmes” explains Benoît Mercier, Chairman of Caisse d’Epargne Lorraine Champagne-Ardenne. The criteria for awarding the scholarships include the student’s academic excellence, financial difficulty and merit.

“By supporting our Foundation, Caisse d’Epargne Lorraine Champagne-Ardenne enables us to pursue our social diversity policy,” adds Rachel Beaujolin, Director of NEOMA Business School, Reims campus. “The policy is fully in line with the values we defend.”

Extended partnership with the School
In addition to the agreement linking the bank with our Foundation, Caisse d’Epargne Lorraine Champagne-Ardenne is also one of the School’s major partners. These close ties can be seen in the fact that the bank hosts in its different departments a large number of NEOMA Business School interns and apprentices every year. “Our partner’s concern for our students and graduates reassures us of the excellence of our teaching and of its relevance to the needs of the business world,” explains Rachel Beaujolin.

The bank and its employees are also contribute to our syllabuses, since many Caisse d’Epargne employees appear as speakers for the different programmes the School delivers. “Their contribution is invaluable, and helps to keep the teaching contents of our curricula relevant.”

Finally, since 2014, the bank has decided to strengthen its commitment to the School and its students by supporting the entrepreneurship projects nurtured by our Reims campus students.

Financing scholarships and entrepreneurs, hosting students and providing numerous speakers for the School’s programmes… relations between Caisse d’Epargne Lorraine Champagne-Ardenne and NEOMA Business School are steadily being strengthened. The bank has irrefutably established itself as one of the School’s very closest partners.
