In a context where digitalisation has become universal and where sustainable performance durable has become the major challenge for all organisations, our Centre for Leadership and Effective Organisations organised an exclusive conference in Reims on 13 January on the topic of organisational agility.

During this exceptional event, which brought together a hundred or so representatives of the business world, leaders from Microsoft and Club Med, currently considered among the most agile organisations in the world, shared their secrets and their commitment to agility, and revealed their approach to change and leadership.

Renowned international researchers specialising in the field of organisational agility, including professors from the School (Chris WORLEY, Karina JENSEN and Rachel BEAUJOLIN) presented current best practice in the area and their latest research findings, which are inspiring today’s most agile organisations, despite an unequivocally complex environment.

Finally, the preliminary results of the NEOMA BS/goetzpartners Agility Index of European organisations were revealed to the audience. Developed in partnership with goetzpartners, a leading business consultancy practice, the Agility Index measures current agility levels in organisations and the drivers that enable them to increase the flexibility of their approach and their leadership.
