On 10 September 2013, NEOMA Business School, the product of the merger between Reims Management School and Rouen Business School, was born.
Since the announcement of the merger, and the creation of RMS-RBS Association on 24 April, the School’s new name has been the subject of intense interest and expectation! It was during a press conference at Cyclone Le Studio that “NEOMA Business School” was unveiled at the beginning of the morning.

Yves Benard, President of NEOMA Business School, and Frank Bostyn, its Dean, welcomed the journalists who had come to discover the School’s new identity. They presented the ambitions of the new organisation and the process that led to the creation of the new name; a name that aims to be simple, and clear internationally, and to personify the School’s innovative, humane, entrepreneurial aspects.
On the same day, the whole of the staff from our Rouen, Reims and Paris campuses met together for the first time to celebrate this new era for our School. The Théâtre du Merveilleux, in Paris, was the location of this convivial event organised for the staff from the three campuses who have been working to make the merger a success for several months now. It was a relaxed, festive day to turn over a new page in the history of our campuses, and a first for NEOMA Business School!
