The context: In December, NEOMA students met Géraldine Dobey and Robin Vermeire, two representatives of Mandarin Oriental. The company is now directed by Laurent Kleitman, a NEOMA graduate. As a former student, he is very attached to our School, and was keen to let our students take a look inside this prestigious hotel group. 

Laurent Kleitman’s message: This NEOMA graduate is now based in Hong Kong, from where he recorded a video message, sharing his enthusiasm for this sector of activity. “It’s a sector where you never get bored, a sector where you can flourish and help others to flourish.” It’s a sector “that rhymes ‘passion’ with ‘action’.”

The benefit to students: The students learned about the DNA and values of the Mandarin Oriental group, which perfectly reflect those of NEOMA, especially the striving for excellence. They also had the chance to find out about all the opportunities for internships and careers in the luxury hotel sector.
