During an open and interactive session with IMLux students, Clément Pech, Innovation & Development HR Director and Frank EBEL, Directeur Director EMEA subsidiaries-export for Guerlain shared their thoughts and insights on what will be the future of Guerlain from a brand and talent perspective. “I hope all these tips and insights were useful for the students thinking on how to orientate their career in the luxury industry!” declares Clément Pech.

Viktoriia Mikhailova, E-Business Manager EMEA at Guerlain, decoded the main challenges on e-business in Europe of the luxury brand and what are the different roles at each level of the organisation to contribute to this thrilling journey.
