Our MBA students launched their year by leaving Paris together for the Integration Seminar in the picturesque French Alpine town of Morzine.
Under the direction of international management consultant Didier Marlier, founder of the Enablers Network, NEOMA Business School's highly-diverse student body spent the week at Hôtel Club le Crêt learning the finer points of high achievement teamwork and building successful relationships.
Following group and individual instruction and simulations each morning, afternoons featured outdoor challenges like rafting the white water rapids of the Dranse river and a group hike up to a mountaintop chalet.
"The emphasis on personal development is a unique key feature to our MBA," said MBA Director Raymond Ouellet. "Morzine provides an ideal balance and backdrop for our students to start the programme in central Paris."
Career Services representative Stephanie Broussard delivered an overview of the personalized career development and individual coaching available.
The Integration Seminar - fully funded by NEOMA BS - also announced the team rosters for the International Consulting Project (ICP) and individuals electing the Entrepreneurial Development Project (EDP).
