NEOMA Business School demonstrates its international policy by enriching its network with seven new partners.

NEOMA Business School has always endeavoured to guarantee the quality of the learning experience throughout its curricula, both on campus and beyond. So the School has consciously opted for a strong, strategic focus: an international development policy based on high-level partnerships.
Rather than develop its own campuses abroad and send large numbers of its students there, NEOMA Business School has chosen to strengthen its network and welcomes seven new institutions that share its academic standards, values, and vision of international immersion.
An international policy based on an immersive approach with foreign partners.
Most of NEOMA Business School programmes include an academic exchange with a foreign university. With more than 300 partners, the School has one of the biggest networks of international partners of any European school. The School works on all five continents alongside the most prestigious universities. This strategic choice guarantees the quality of the international learning experience by giving our students the benefit of the academic excellence of the host university’s faculty.
“Whether in the United States, Spain, Morocco or Hong Kong, a finance course delivered by a French professor to a class of 40 French students on a campus hosting mostly French students has nothing to do with the international experience that a student has a right to expect” explains Frank Bostyn, Dean of NEOMA Business School. “Instead of exporting our competences, we prefer our students to be in contact with the experts and teaching methods of the country concerned. This approach enables them to strengthen their professional skills from a different angle and this internationalisation of their knowledge is an undeniable asset as far as recruiters are concerned.”
With its immersion policy the School prefers exchanges of small groups of students, between five and ten to each destination. Together with their learning experience, students gain a genuine international outlook.
“The exchange also considerably improves social skills. Being fully immersed in the country for several months, students discover a new culture. More than this, being in contact with different nationalities, they develop multicultural attitudes, improve their language skills and learn to overcome new communication problems” adds Frank BOSTYN.
Finally, this international policy also increases the internationalisation of our own campuses, giving the students an everyday multicultural experience with exchange students. NEOMA Business School hosts nearly 1500 international students from 100 different countries every year, which encourages multicultural relations both within and outside the classroom.
