Created for 40 business leaders of the FAYAT Energie Service entity, this programme will enable the company's senior executives to develop certified skills.
“FAYAT Energie Service is part of the FAYAT group, the leading family-run construction group in France,” explains Daniel DUMINY, CEO, FAYAT Energie Service. “FES is now undergoing major changes as part of a more global transformation plan. In this context, we wanted to provide support to management within our teams, ensuring our capacity of adaptation to tomorrow's world. That is why we have selected about forty business leaders for a training course on leadership with NEOMA BS. This course is the one that best meets our needs and constraints.”
An adapted executive training course
The NEOMA BS Executive Education teams, in close collaboration with Sophie GOZLAN, Training Project Manager at FAYAT Energy Service, have developed the executive training course: Positive Leadership and Adhesion Management. This certification course, which runs over 6 days, offers the 40 company managers a training course adapted to their needs and requirements. “During the proposed 3 two-day modules , three key themes will be addressed : management and leadership, change management and finally, communication, through the art of persuasion. The course will lead to a diploma, which rperesents a real springboard for the participants' professional careers,” explains Christophe Fagard, Head of the course and trainer.
This programme, based on the sharing of practices and real-life situations through co-developed teaching methods, will allow participants to validate the NEOMA BS Global Executive MBA "leadership development" module. “We would like to make this certification course the first of many in a long-lasting partnership with FAYAT. The objective is therefore to extend our training courses to their business managers and executive managers,” says Arnaud HENTZEN, Key Account Sales Manager.
