Student well-being: advice to keep in mind from our Wellness Week
Published on 10/24/2022
Student well-being is one of NEOMA’s major concerns. That’s why our business school organised a Wellness Week from 10 to 14 October 2022 on its Reims, Rouen and Paris campuses. Each day had a specific theme: sexuality, prevention, nutrition, sport, well-being. We made the rounds at the stands to ask them for one solid piece of advice.
“Buy our vegetable baskets, which come from local producers. They are good products with great flavour and are clearly cheaper than what you find at supermarkets. In these baskets you have vegetables like Romanesco cabbage, which I’ve never cooked and gives me the chance to have more diverse meals.” Bertille, Ethika association.
“Remember to do quick screenings. It’s easy, just a quick prick of the finger. In a few minutes, you’ll know your serology from the past three months.” Jeremy, association ENIP
“Join the volunteers of La Marne League. We need young people to provide more energy and develop closer connections to the student community.” » Romain Pierlot, prevention manager, La Marne League for the League against Cancer
“Find a sport that matches you and makes you sweat a bit, but you also need to enjoy it. You should always have a goal in mind and the means to achieve it. I advise students who have a lot of work to set aside some time in their schedules to exercise.” Morgan, coach sportif, Attila Coaching.
“Buy as much second-hand stuff as you can. It’s good for your wallet and for the planet.” Lara, association Zero Waste
