Providing our students with the knowledge and skills they need to rapidly obtain their first job and ensure their employability throughout their career is a key commitment of NEOMA BS. To do so, our T&CDU works together with each student as they define and optimise their career plan through many innovative schemes, including Talent Days.
The Talent Days, made-to-measure for the 1200 final year students of the Master in Management programme, were organised to align with the specialisations taught on each campus, and gave students an opportunity to prepare successfully for the challenges of tomorrow’s professional world.
The Talent Day programmes included six lectures and panel discussions on the subject of “New forms of recruitment: what challenges do they pose?” “Jobs in finance: myths and reality” and “The impact of digital transformation on jobs in finance;” 17 workshops and case studies on varied, real-life topics such as the recruitment of the future, intrapreneurship, happy management, professional integration, liberation management, market finance, consulting, auditing, etc.
More than 20 professionals from large companies such as Adecco, CIC, Decathlon, Engie, Ferrero, Greif, Hilti, Lacoste, Leroy Merlin, Mazars, and Segafredo came to coach the students on campus during the case studies.
More than 40 staff from the prestigious agency KPMG were also present. KPMG co-designed the whole day dedicated to students aiming to work in finance.
The event concluded with a cocktail reception that gave the students and professionals present the opportunity to continue their discussions and networking.
The initiative, which is fully aligned with the innovative schemes developed by the T&CDU throughout the course, will be repeated in 2018!
