Four new programmes dedicated to professionals

NEOMA is launching four new diploma/certificate-granting programmes for currently employed professionals in a hybrid format that is compatible with their professional activity.
Geopolitics has become a key factor for companies and managers. In light of this new reality, longstanding partners NEOMA and the IRIS (Institute of International and Strategic Relations) have joined forces to create the Executive “Leadership and Geopolitics” Certificate. This five-day training programme will provide decision makers with the keys for developing a strategic outlook to enable them to exercise informed leadership in complicated geopolitical contexts. Combining remote and in-person training, the programme will be launched in October 2024 and will include the participation of renowned speakers and professors much like geopolitical expert Pascal Boniface, director of the IRIS, and former Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin.
In collaboration with AgroParisTech, the Executive “Innovation & Transitions” Certificate offers a holistic perspective on the ecological, technological and organisational challenges facing companies. It explores the ecological transition’s systemic issues by identifying the key players and proposing innovation strategies for a successful transition. Five skill sets form the programme’s structure: climate, biodiversity and resources; companies undergoing transition; company strategies for a successful transition; ecological products and sustainable behaviour; and managing the transition collectively.
This programme teaches professionals to use AI as a source for innovation and a growth lever. The “Generative AI for Business” Executive Certificate offers professionals an in-depth understanding of generative AI technologies, including ChatGPT, and teaches them how to integrate generative AI into business strategies, addressing organisational, ethical and change management concerns. The participants can assess their acquired skills through practical exercises adapted to their professional contexts.
With ongoing internationalisation, intensified competition and the acceleration of digital technology, professionals must rethink their B2B sales strategies. This new Executive Master in Business Development & Clients Grands Comptes programme aims to fine-tune the complex negotiation and persuasion techniques that are vital for professionals who are growing in a highly competitive environment. Four skill sets form this programmes’ structure: defining a development strategy; driving complex, high-level sales; negotiating with customers of key accounts; coordinating cross-functional project teams and sales teams.
