Two new programmes in Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management
Published on 02/22/2018
With the creation of two new programmes in Corporate Finance and Supply Chain Management beginning in the 2018-19 academic year, NEOMA Business School relies on two of its recognised fields of expertise to strengthen its Advanced Masters and Master of Science offer.
The AM in International Financial Analysis - Financial Strategy and Management: corporate finance as a professional skill
Taking place over 12 months, this programme is an Advanced Masters that focuses on training in Corporate financial analysis and strategy. It puts emphasis on analysing the value created by a company and the different financial strategies implemented. The course also promotes the development of soft skills such as ethical and leadership qualities.
“The unique nature of this AM lies in the way it teaches you to set in place the tools and strategy for disruptive financial management, based on a 360° financial analysis of the value chain” explains Stéphane Fourneaux, Teaching Manager. “The programme takes account of the key factors of success as well as the intangibles such as skills, employee satisfaction, customer relations and policies of social responsibility.”
The programme is aimed at candidates wishing to progress within the financial management of large companies, the ETI, SMEs or in accounting or consulting firms. By the end of this training, students will be able to:
• Analyse company accounts,
• Carry out a financial examination of third party companies,
• Carry out impact and viability studies,
• Identify buyout opportunities,
• Take an active part in the process of selling a company as part of equity operations.
The Advanced Masters in International Financial Analysis - Financial Strategy and Management is CGE certified and registered with the RNCP (Level I title).
This new programme complements the programme offer in finance, which includes the AM in International Financial Analysis that focuses on financial analysis and asset management.

The M.Sc. in the Digital & Innovative Supply Chain: leading the digital transformation of the Supply Chain
Of 12 months’ duration, this programme is a Master of Science centred on the digital transformation of the Supply Chain. The integration of digital innovations as a source of solutions for the whole of the logistics chain (companies, clients, service providers) is the key element of this programme. It also endeavours to broaden the teaching to encourage students to adopt an ‘intrapreneurial’ approach to the subject.
“Approximately 50% of customer dissatisfaction relates to malfunctions of the Supply Chain” states Jérôme Verny, Founder and Scientific Director of the MOBIS research institute for transport and innovative logistics and Teaching Manager for this programme. “To improve performance, it becomes essential to be able to lead a policy of innovation and digitisation of activities by setting up cross-cutting digital tools.”
This M.Sc. benefits from the expertise of the MOBIS research institute that supports the programme. The MOBIS Institute at NEOMA BS uses an innovative and sustainable approach that mobilises the socio-economy of transport and logistics to assist the actors in the global logistics chain. It also leads to three leading international certifications: Certified Demand Driven Leader (CDDL), Lean Six Sigma and Méthode AGILE.
This multi-disciplinary programme provides training for Supply Chain consultancy professions as well as for project management professions in digital transformation in complex international environments. By the end of this training, students will be able to:
• Master fundamental logistics functions,
• Analyse, model and simulate the value chain,
• Steer innovation to consolidate the logistics chain.
The M.Sc. in the Digital & Innovative Supply Chain is registered with the RNCP (Level I title).
This part-time M.Sc. strengthens the supply chain programme offer, along with the full-time M.Sc. in Supply Chain Management.

The part-time programmes, a feature of the Paris campus
The AM and M.Sc. programmes at the Paris campus of NEOMA Business School operate on a part-time basis, worked over three days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) every 2 weeks, alongside a business internship.
The students are either on a work placement or under a professional training contract. The latter format is the most popular with 95%* of students opting for it. It has the advantage of the training fees being taken care of by the host company and the OPCAs. This choice leads to greater employability as almost 70% of students sign a work contract before obtaining their qualification.
