    Doctorate in Management Science 

 

Rose Bote is Assistant Professor in the People &amp; Organizations Department at NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD in Management and Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole de Management, France and a Doctorat d'etat from Université Savoie Mont Blanc, Annecy , France . She has an MSc Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics. Her research interests centre around the role of employees in addressing great social challenges, social entrepreneruship, student entrepreneurs, discretionary work, and social inequalities associated with technological advancements. Her work has been published in the Journal of Business Ethics and in conference proceedings such as the Academy of Management annual conference, the EGOS Colloquium, ACERE, DRUID Society conference and the Strategic Management Society annual conference. Rose is also a reviewer in several academic journals. Prior to joining academia, she worked as a Risk Management Officer in a microfinance.
