Francesca Nannetti is an Assistant Professor in the People &amp; Organisations department at NEOMA Business School. She holds an MSc degree from Bocconi University and a Ph.D. from ESSEC Business School. Additionally, she has been a visiting scholar at Goizueta Business School at Emory University. At NEOMA, she teaches Management and Organization.

In her research, she explores the influence of gender on network dynamics and its performance implications, particularly in the realms of creativity and innovation. She utilizes different methods to investigate: 1. Gender differences in creativity and innovation returns to social network characteristics and 2. Gender differences in tie formation. She has presented her projects at several conferences, including the Academy of Management conference, EGOS Colloquium, ION conference, Strategic Management Society annual conference, and People &amp; Organizations. Furthermore, her work has been published as a book chapter and featured in the Academy of Management Proceedings.

Prior to joining academia, she worked as a project manager.
