    French PhD, Management 

 

Eric Yuge Lou is an Assistant Professor in the People and Organisations (P&amp;O) department of NEOMA Business School. He obtained his PhD in Management at INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France. His research interest covers trust, creativity, and passion, with a deep interest in understanding how employees navigate today's uncertain workplace. His research has resulted in a forthcoming chapter in The Research Handbook on Workplace Creativity and has begun to attract media attention (Harvard Business Review). Additionally, Eric contributes to multiple ongoing meta-scientific and crowdsourcing projects to improve the rigor and reliability of management research. Prior to joining the NEOMA faculty, Eric participated in designing and teaching several MBA courses at INSEAD.
