He has taught entrepreneurship and related subjects in several countries across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East. At NEOMA, he teaches entrepreneurship with an emphasis on sustainability, social development, and public policy. Teemu’s research centres on entrepreneurship, particularly in relation to health and well-being, career trajectories, hybrid entrepreneurship, demographic change, and public policy. His work has been published in leading journals including Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Venturing, and Journal of Management.
