 #### A graduate of NEOMA, Gregg Bywalski is now CEO of Webedia's creator division, a leading online media and entertainment group that supports talents such as Squeezie, Inoxtag and Michou. He came to meet our students and shared with them his career path and his vision of the Creator Economy. Here's a look back at his advice. 

**1. Stay authentic:** Whether you are launching a start-up or leading a student project, remain true to your values. Authenticity builds trust and engagement. Lasting success comes not from financial calculations alone, but from genuine passion.  
  
**2. Challenge the rules:** “We grow up with rules, but it’s up to us to make them evolve.” Referring to projects such as Kaizen in cinema, Gregg encouraged students to question established models. Innovation often begins where convention ends.   
  
**3. Build a community, not just an audience**: Rather than focusing solely on views or reach, aim to create a sense of belonging. A strong community is a long-term asset. One of the strengths of today’s digital media lies in turning passive audiences into active contributors.  
  
**4. Think one step ahead**: Stay curious and pay close attention to emerging trends and changing habits. Anticipating what comes next allows you to turn market shifts into real opportunities.  
  
**5. Be boldly ambitious**: With a clear vision and the right people around you, no idea is too big. Your education at NEOMA gives you the foundations; it’s up to you to write the rest of the story.  
  
For Gregg, the most valuable takeaway from his time at NEOMA is the mindset he developed as a student: “What I learned here was always to push myself, and to encourage the people I worked with to bring out the best in themselves.” A principle our students can now carry forward into their own careers.
