[**NEOMA Future of Work Area of Excellence**](https://neoma-bs.com/faculty-and-research/research/centres-of-expertise-chairs-institutes/the-future-of-work) **is organising the 2nd Future of Work Day on NEOMA Paris campus, on March 18th, 2026. The event will gather NEOMA researchers and external speakers to spark new ideas and conversations about the Future of Work.**

- What are some pressing Future of Work challenges organisations face today?
- What tensions or contradictions do we observe in this area (e.g., between inclusion and automation, wellbeing and performance)?
- What kind of data or partnerships do we need to investigate these challenges?
- How can we ensure this research is relevant and actionable?

The ambition of the 2nd Future of Work Day organised by NEOMA is to address those questions – among others – and to facilitate exchanges and comprehension between the different actors, researchers and practioners.

The morning will be dedicated to research, with six panelists discussing various hot topics, methodologies and novel questions around 3 main areas impacting FoW: Global and Societal Contexts; Human and Social Dimensions of Work; Organisational and Technological Transformation.

Participants will have the opportunity to discuss with the panelists and go deeper into these topics during moderated group conversations.

[ Join us by registering to the event here ](https://forms.gle/ec6Nq1SNMsJ5FYev8) The afternoon will be dedicated to impact with two practitioners and a journalist sharing their insights into these trends and the role that academic research in Future of Work can play. The day will finish with a networking time with a surprise degustation.
