#### WHY CHOOSE THE IMPACT TRACK?
Clotilde, Lucas, Baptiste, Cannelle and Mathilde all chose to dedicate a year to leading major student organisation projects during their time at NEOMA.
Some describe it as “an intensive course in crisis management”. Others call it “a highly empowering journey” or “a completely different kind of experience”. In this feature, they reflect on the responsibilities they took on and the projects they delivered during their Impact Track year, formerly known as the PEA.

#### WHAT DO YOU GAIN FROM AN IMPACT TRACK YEAR
A year in the Impact Track goes far beyond extracurricular involvement. The responsibilities within student organisations are demanding and highly formative.
Clotilde, Lucas, Baptiste, Cannelle and Mathilde rose to significant challenges. They organised large-scale events, led teams, navigated complex logistics and even managed crises during the COVID period.
Along the way, they developed key professional skills such as teamwork, negotiation, public speaking, and communication. They also gained confidence and refined their career goals.
