 **The Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) programme’s International Learning Experience (ILE) in Shanghai, held from June 15 to 20, 2024, offered participants an in-depth exploration of the city’s vibrant innovation landscape. This intensive programme featured company visits and direct engagement with industry leaders driving technological advancements in various sectors.**

Throughout the week, [Global Executive MBA programme](https://neoma-bs.com/programmes/global-executive-mba) participants visited some of Shanghai’s most forward-thinking companies, including CHUHANG TECH, a specialist in advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technology; iFLYTEK, a leader in intelligent speech and language technology; and OYMotion, a pioneer in neural interface technology. These visits provided a firsthand look at cutting-edge innovations in automotive technology, artificial intelligence, and biomedical engineering, immersing participants in real-world applications of innovation.

A standout aspect of the experience was the collaboration between students from France and China, who worked together to tackle the challenges of managing digital disruption. These sessions provided invaluable insights into how digital technologies are reshaping industries and driving innovation, equipping participants with the leadership skills necessary to navigate and embrace disruptive change.

By the end of the International Learning Experience, participants had gained a deeper understanding of the business opportunities emerging from new technologies, solidifying the Shanghai experience as a transformative element of their GEMBA journey.
