 Passion and excellence: this is what brings Fauchon and NEOMA Business School together. Each year, student enrol in the Gastronomy track of the Bachelor en Management des Services (BMS). Erwan is one of them. During a work-study placement with Michelin-starred chef – and class sponsor – David Gallienne, the second-year student shares his experience and ambitions for the future.
