## What does this position represent for you?

An opportunity to learn from others’ work and contribute, as a reviewer, to the advancement of critical and diverse knowledge in the field of organization studies.

## What are your projects and ambitions for this mandate?

To mobilize all my intellectual resources in offering constructive reviews of academic papers seeking to advance collective understanding of the phenomena under study in reflexive and engaging ways.

## How does this new role interact with the role of professor?

It can inspire further research-led pedagogy and offer opportunities for further engagement with international research networks.
