 **Four NEOMA students have been selected to join the prestigious** [**Women@Dior**](https://womenatdior.com/) **mentoring programme in 2023, a programme that helps build self-confidence and professional daring.**

Women@Dior is a mentoring programme designed to support young women in their professional development.

## Extremely demanding selection criteria

If NEOMA meets the first requirement of being a partner school of the House of Dior, succeeding in meeting the other ones demonstrates the qualities of Shruti and Kshitija, [MSc Marketing, track Luxury ](https://neoma-bs.com/programmes/msc-marketing?filieres)students, and Soukaina and Malena, [International Master in Luxury Management (IMLux) ](https://neoma-bs.com/programmes/international-master-luxury-management)students.

Julia Pueschel and Dilip Subramanian, Heads of the programmes, hugely proud, congratulated the students: “This is an exciting adventure that awaits you and one that will undoubtedly have a significant impact on your future. Seize this opportunity and make the most of it!” says Julia.

It is a unique international mentoring and educational program to promote women’s leadership, sustainability, inclusion and creativity.” says Shruti.
