The Strategy & Entrepreneurship Department’s objective is therefore to create responsible managers and entrepreneurs who are prepared to take on these challenges. The research and teaching activities of the members of this Department aim, among other things, to explore and implement appropriate practices to enable organisations to work in an agile and efficient, yet sustainable manner. The Department also promotes the development of an entrepreneurial spirit within the school, notably via the incubators present on the different campuses. These incubators exist to nurture student and community-based new ventures and to contribute to a thriving, local, entrepreneurial ecosystem. The Department contributes to the school’s mission of training future managers through expertise in areas such as strategy, entrepreneurship, innovation, geopolitics, international business, ethics, and social responsibility. Through their research and teaching in these fields, professors are able to reconcile academic excellence with the concrete realities that organisations face. The Strategy Department faculty’s academic excellence is evidenced by publications in top journals such as the *Journal of Management, Academy of Management Journal, Entrepreneurship Theory and
