 The MSc Marketing is a comprehensive Master of Science programme designed to enable candidates to build an impactful brand strategy on a global scale.

By providing a combination of core marketing knowledge and specialised tracks, the programme equips graduates with the necessary skills and expertise to make an impact, effect change and deliver results in all realms of marketing – from digital and content marketing, B2B and B2C marketing, brand management, luxury and services marketing, and more.

The MSc Marketing is structured around a core programme and a concentration track. The core programme aims to provide students with a global and strategic foundation in marketing, while the concentration track endows them with expertise in one of the three following fields:

- **Digital &amp; Data Marketing**
- **International Brand Management**
- **Luxury Marketing**

 ###  International Brand Management Track 

The International Brand Management Track is an in-depth, intensive track which provides a solid foundation in marketing principles and strategies, with an emphasis in building and managing brands in an era marked by sustainability challenges and AI-driven transformation.

Students will:

- Acquire all the technical and managerial skills needed to succeed in a career in brand management.
- Gain insight into the integration of brand communities, brand narratives and storytelling in brand strategy.
- Engage with real-world brand management challenges and learn from industry experts during professional guest lectures and business cases developed with international brands.

 ###  Digital &amp; Data Marketing Track 

The Digital &amp; Data Marketing Track is a comprehensive track combining the creative aspects of digital marketing with a strong foundation in data-driven strategies and analysis, preparing students to design, deploy and optimise digital marketing initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment.

Students will:

- Understand how emerging technologies impact the consumer experience and learn to effectively manage and nurture customer relationships, make data-driven marketing decisions, and drive sales growth.
- Learn to develop content strategies that align with marketing goals and generate creative and engaging content for various media and platforms.
- Apply theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom in a real-world context via engaging simulations.

 ###  Luxury Marketing Track 

Apply your luxury marketing expertise to real-world challenges through in-depth business cases developed with leading luxury brands.

Students will:

- Build a 360° understanding of luxury marketing and branding.
- Gain exposure to expert guest speakers and networking opportunities within the luxury sector in Paris.
- Apply your luxury marketing expertise to real-world challenges through in-depth business cases developed with leading luxury brands.

 The MSc Marketing aims to equip graduates with the necessary skills and expertise to make an impact, effect change and deliver results in all realms of marketing.

Upon completion of this programme, graduates will be able to:

- Master the fundamentals of the key areas of marketing.
- Analyse data and draw key insights in order to design and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Draw from a strong toolkit of soft and hard skills to excel in the fast-paced digital realm.

##  Skill sets 



 The MSc Marketing programme, awarding an advanced higher education degree in international management (DESSMI), provides the skills to:

- Perform a functional analysis and implement an action plan that incorporates digital, sustainable and international components
- Conduct a scientific study and formulate a recommendation
- Develop ethical leadership abilities to strengthen one’s managerial posture

The skills blocks of the certification may not be acquired separately. The proposed curriculum covers all skills blocks.

Develop strategic thinking, data analysis, digital experience and ethical considerations in your approach to marketing thanks to in-depth, focused courses addressing key areas of marketing. Engage during a leadership seminar and strengthen your negotiation and leadership skills.

### Partnerships

Many courses within the MSc Marketing are conducted in partnership with companies that are industry experts, incorporating professional lectures and case studies based on current business issues. Some partnerships are long term while others are based on a year-by-year agreement.

Examples of past partners include: Nielsen, GFK, Ferrero, PepsiCo, Ogilvy, Publicis Sapient, Havas Media, among others.

### Learn from academic and professional marketing experts

This Master of Science uses several innovative teaching methods applied to the marketing sector while also relying on active participation from marketing professionals and professors. NEOMA’s Marketing Department specialises in innovative research on topics such as consumer behaviour, marketing strategy, social media analytics, innovation and branding strategy in highly regarded journals in the field.

### Professional experience (4-to-6 months)

The programme includes an internship or other practical experience (fixed-term contract, permanent contract, business start-up, etc.) where theories and skills are applied in a professional environment. Students are free to complete their professional experience in France or abroad, subject to approval by the internship director and based on its relevance to the programme and course content.

### Adapted programme for high-level athletes and artists

High-level athletes and artists may benefit from an adapted programme in order to pursue both their studies and their passion.

##  Evaluation methods 



 The programme is validated in two ways:

- Continuous assessment: Evaluations conducted throughout the course the programme in the form of individual or collective assignments to be submitted.
- Final assessment: Carried out at the end of the course and may take a number of different forms, most of which are individual.

At the end of the course and after validation of the ECTS for each year of training, the Level 7 DESSMI – MSc Marketing diploma is awarded to participants.

If certain modules have not been validated and therefore credits not obtained, the student may take a resit examination during the periods set aside for this purpose.

### 1-year course:

- Completion of a **4-year Bachelor’s degree** (in business, economics, sciences, etc.) or a **3-year Bachelor’s degree** with a **minimum of 1 year of professional experience**
- **Proof of English language** proficiency is required during the application process (TOEIC 4-Skills, IELTS, TOEFL iBT, Cambridge, Duolingo)\*

### 2-year MSc option:

- Completion of a **3-year Bachelor’s degree (Open to all backgrounds)**
- **Proof of English language** proficiency is required during the application process (TOEIC 4-Skills, TOEFL ibt, IELTS, Cambridge and Duolingo).\*

##  Admissions calendar 



 Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, from September with a final deadline for submissions in mid-July. Applicants will be informed of the admission jury’s decision within two weeks of the interview.

However, given the limited number of places, candidates are advised to apply as early as possible.

## Tuition fees

The total tuition fee for the MSc Marketing is €19,500, including:

- €19,000 in tuition fees
- €500 in administrative fees

## Scholarships

Students may be eligible for [scholarships](https://neoma-bs.com/students/student-support/financing-your-studies) of up to **€9,000**, based on criteria such as academic excellence or personal, sporting, or professional achievements.

Please note that these scholarships are **reserved for international applicants**, are limited in number, and are applied as a **reduction in tuition fees**.

 ## Candidate profile

Successful applicants typically demonstrate a strong interest in a future career in marketing via certifications, courses, etc. They should have at minimum an introductory knowledge of marketing and some notions of business.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating in English, working in teams, and showing initiative, as well as strong interpersonal skills and an openness to new experiences.





 

 

 Discover the International Pre-Master, the extended course that makes a Master of Science accessible to students holding a 3-year bachelor’s degree!

 ### Programme overview

Delivered on the Rouen campus, this programme serves as a gateway to a Master of Science (MSc) for graduates of a three-year higher education qualification (French Licence or Bachelor’s degree). The programme is also open to students with academic backgrounds in fields not directly linked to their desired MSc programme.

This first year of study in the International Pre-Master provides an overview of the core areas of business studies and the fundamentals of the selected MSc programme. Upon validation of this curriculum, students continue to their second year and obtain their Master of Science degree.

The first year of my MSc was a year of building the fundamentals skills necessary for almost every aspect of my professional life. Courses like Quantitative Methods gave me skills related to several fields of study, like economics and finance, helping me to read and analyse data in a more objective way. Geopolitics provided me with a comprehensive vision of world trade. Also, a full day’s work in an English-speaking environment strengthened my preparation for work in an international context.
