#### Capstone Project
A cornerstone of the programme, the **Capstone Project** brings together participants’ collective expertise, professional experience and the knowledge acquired during the programme around a **real-world project** (an existing company, a non-profit organisation, or an entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial initiative).
You work on **strategic directions and development opportunities**, directly connected to your own professional challenges.
### Social Project
The **Social Project** enables you to design **innovative solutions to real social challenges**, leveraging digital tools while integrating both **economic sustainability and measurable impact**.
### Consultancy Project (optional)
A **strategic consulting assignment** carried out for a partner company, addressing a real business challenge such as **transformation, growth, innovation or performance**.
Supervised by an expert, you analyse the situation, develop **practical recommendations**, and present them to senior decision-makers.
