Financial Controller – L’Oréal

 

  Driven by strong professional ambitions, I found in the MSc International Financial Analysis at NEOMA Business School a decisive springboard for my career.

My journey has always been guided by a desire to explore and push my limits. After completing a BBA at NEOMA, enriched by a year-long university exchange in Seoul, South Korea, I discovered the importance of a global and intercultural perspective in finance. The work-study opportunity I had at Allianz, in Financial Reporting, allowed me to take my first steps in a demanding environment where rigour and precision are essential qualities.

Today, as a Financial Controller at L’Oréal, I see every day the impact this training has had. Finance is not just a technical skill; it is a lever that enables me to support decision-making and bring value to the company’s performance. It was at NEOMA that I was able to **strengthen these foundations and turn them into expertise**. Thanks to **dedicated professors and teaching methods focused on market realities**, this program gives me the tools to approach finance from a strategic angle. The ability to immediately apply what I learn in a professional setting and to engage with students deeply rooted in the working world has been incredibly enriching for my development.
