These programmes are the School’s response to the greatest challenge of our time: in a world where machines can do almost anything, what still sets humans apart? NEOMA is building on outstanding partnerships to bring this project to life. ## **Literature as a source of inspiration for the managers of tomorrow** Since September 2025, NEOMA’s Master in Management students have been able to take a course that is unusual for a business school: “Lessons from Great Literary Texts: Management, Business and Leadership.” Designed by Agathe Mezzadri-Guedj, the course draws on great works of literature to shed light on highly contemporary challenges: leadership, project management and the place of humans in the age of machines. The course has proved to be an instant success. In the new academic year, it will be complemented by the launch of a Master Book Club, giving students who choose to take part the opportunity to develop their critical thinking. **NEOMA joins the Young Writers’ Award for students in literary preparatory programmes** Organised by APPLS, this prize will be awarded in mid-June, with a ceremony to follow in November. The event will also lead to a special issue co-created with the general-interest magazine *L'Éléphant,* a milestone that strengthens NEOMA’s position within the literary and intellectual landscape. ## **Creativity as a realm of possibilities** Storytelling, visual creation and the ability to make sense of complex information are now in high demand among companies. NEOMA is providing its students with direct access to world-class studios and workshops. **Paris** Gobelins — École de l'Image Gobelins is the world’s No. 1 school for animation. From the 2026 academic year, students will have access to the Manager/Designer of Digital Products and Services programme (Level‑7). The course provides training in the fundamentals of digital creation and design. **Los Angeles** UCLA MiM students will be able to follow four new pathways: three MSc programmes in Entertainment Studies, Entertainment Management and Communication, plus one exchange semester at the global epicentre of content production. **Montreal** McGill University McGill is one of Canada’s top universities in the arts and humanities.
