**1. The RER B** is the most common means of transport connecting CDG Airport to central Paris, crossing the city centre (including Gare du Nord and Châtelet).

- **The journey time is quick:** approximately 25 minutes to/from Gare du Nord and 40 minutes to/from Châtelet, with trains running every 10 to 20 minutes on weekdays.
- **The RER B serves two stations at the airport:** Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 1 (for Terminals 1 and 3 via the free CDGVAL shuttle) and Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV (for Terminals 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E and 2F).
- A single ticket costs 14€ (or Navigo zones 1-5 pass accepted). The RER B runs from 4.50am. to 11.50 pm from CDG 2 TGV station.

- **Route:** Upon arrival at Gare du Nord, follow the signs for RER E / Magenta. Access to the RER E line is via an internal pedestrian corridor leading to Magenta station.
- **Direction:** Board the RER E train heading toward “Haussmann–Saint-Lazare.”
- **Duration:** The journey from Magenta to Haussmann–Saint-Lazare takes approximately 5 minutes (one stop).

**3. Train to Rouen Rive Droite**

- **Departure:** From Paris Saint-Lazare railway station, take a direct train to Rouen Rive Droite.
- **Frequency:** Trains operate regularly throughout the day, with an average frequency of one to two departures per hour.

From anywhere in the airport, follow signs reading Transports (Ground Transport), RER Trains, or Paris par train (Paris by Train). You will end up at Aérogare 2 (Train Station 2), CDG Airport’s main SNCF and RER train station .  
An RER train ticket from CDG Airport to central Paris costs 14.00€, which you can purchase with cash (Euros), or with an accepted debit or credit card.  
You may wait in line at the ticket office and buy your ticket with cash euros or a debit or credit card, or you may buy your ticket from a ticket machine. You cannot buy a ticket on the train. You must have a ticket to access the train station and to exit the station at your destination.
