    PhD, Management, Management Control 

 

Pierre is an Assistant Professor at NEOMA Business School. He holds a PhD from Sorbonne University and ESCP Europe, an M.A. in Management and Organizational Dynamics from Paris X University, and an M.Sc. from HEC Paris. His PhD was awarded the 2019 best interdisciplinary thesis award from the National Foundation for Management Research and Teaching .

His research primarily focuses on two key sectors: the creative industries and the financial industry. His work is interdisciplinary, drawing on economic sociology, gender studies, and cultural sociology, with a strong emphasis on qualitative methodologies.

Pierre actively collaborates on research projects with various organizations and is also involved in the ODILE project, funded by the French National Research Agency (ANR-24-CE26-2802), in partnership with the University of Paris-Saclay and ISG Paris.

Before transitioning to academia, he held various positions in the media and telecommunications industries. His research has been published in *Critical Perspectives on Accounting*, *New Technology, Work and Employment*, *Gender, Work and Organization*, and by *Presses Universitaires de Rennes*.
