Iris Gauglitz is an Associate Professor in the People &amp; Organizations department at  
NEOMA Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from University of  
Bamberg (2021). Her teaching focuses on leadership, work and well-being, and  
human resource management. Iris’s research centers on leadership - particularly  
abusive supervision, and the dark triad at work, with a focus on narcissism among  
both leaders and followers. Her work has been published in journals such as the  
Journal of Business Ethics, the European Journal of Work and Organizational  
Psychology, and Journal of Personnel Psychology. She serves as a Consulting Editor  
for Psychology of Leaders and Leadership.
