    Ph.D. in Economics (specialization in Management) 

 

Sirio is an Associate Professor in the People &amp; Organisations Department at NEOMA. He holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science from the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, and an undergraduate degree from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Italy. Sirio is interested in how leaders' behaviors and followers' perceptions are shaped by cultural, historical, and developmental processes. He tackles this broad empirical topic, mixing traditional organizational and psychological literature with insights from other disciplines such as evolutionary-informed social sciences, cross-cultural psychology, as well as political and behavioral economics. Sirio is also interested in research methods, with a specific focus on causal analysis, experimental methods, and structural equation models. His work has been published in leading journals, including *Journal of Management*, *Journal of Operations Management*, *The Leadership Quarterly* and *Psychological Methods,* and has been presented at various conferences. Sirio is currently serving as Associate Editor and Method Advisor for *The Leadership Quarterly*.
