He obtained his PhD in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, INDIA. His research focuses on the issue of Emergence and Organizing at intra and inter-organizational level. His doctoral thesis focused on understanding the emergence of electric vehicle ecosystem in India. He is also part of a multiyear collaborative research project to understand organizing aspects of a Super Specialty Hospital providing high quality healthcare services free of charge to patients. He teaches courses in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the Global BBA, PGE and Masters programs. He has presented his work at major international conferences such as the annual meeting of the Academy of Management, the annual and special conferences of Strategic Management Society, the colloquium of European Group for Organizational Studies, the annual conference of Academy of International Management and the International Process Symposium.
