 ## **This summer, RYDGE Conseil and NEOMA Business School announced the signing of a three-year partnership. The collaboration is designed to build lasting bridges between academia and the world of business. Here are the three commitments at the heart of the partnership.** 

### **1/ Promoting equal opportunities**

The first commitment in this roadmap is to take hands-on action to promote equal opportunities. This approach is aligned with NEOMA Business School's mission to make academic excellence accessible to students from all backgrounds. RYDGE Conseil is already present at recruitment forums organised on NEOMA campuses and will continue to meet with young people.

### **2/ Encouraging an entrepreneurial mindset**

The partnership also aims to stimulate an entrepreneurial mindset among students. RYDGE has been taking part in key events organised by the School for over a year, among them Powered by NEOMA, which nurtures project leaders, and the PGE Hackathon, which puts students to the test.

### **3/ Preparing for the digital and AI transformations** 

Together, RYDGE Conseil and NEOMA are actively helping students adapt to the profound changes affecting their future professions, particularly in artificial intelligence and digital technology. The goal is to make NEOMA Business School a launchpad for the skills that future employers value most highly. par les entreprises de demain.
