    MSc in Management

Justine Buriller is Assistant Professor in Sustainability and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from ESCP Business School and a Master in Management from EMLyon Business School.

She teaches Sustainability in Bachelor and Grande Ecole programmes.

Her research focuses on the tensions between economic growth and sustainability in entrepreneurship and business schools. Her approach is qualitative and interpretive, using interviews and visual methods to study narratives, representations, and imaginaries. Through her fieldwork in the sustainable fashion industry, she explores how entrepreneurs articulate firm growth with social and environmental goals. Her work has been published in Revue Française de Gestion and the British Journal of Management.

She regularly presents her research at international conferences such as the Academy of Management, EGOS, and RENT.
