Sebastian Junge is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. Prior to joining Neoma, he was Professor and program director at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg. He holds a PhD in Strategic Management. His research focuses on strategic leadership, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship, with a particular emphasis on CEO and top management team characteristics and entrepreneurship through acquisitions (ETA).

His work has been published in leading academic journals, including the Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, and Long Range Planning.

He serves on the Editorial Review Board of the Journal of Family Business Strategy. Sebastian is also board member of the German Academic Association for Business Research (VHB, Strategic Management Commission) and Advisory Board Member of the Center for Sports Business Tegernsee (CSBT).
