MANDRAY Sara

Dr. Sara Mandray is Assistant Professor for the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. She received her Ph.D. from Sorbonne University and ESCP Business School and holds a double-degree in Management and Humanities from HEC Paris and the École Normale Supérieure de Paris. Her research, mostly in the field of virtue ethics, thrives on building bridges between Philosophy and Management Theory. It strives to break down the wall of business ethics through providing ethical practices with strong anthropological principles. Her research was published in top-tier journals such as Journal of Business Ethics. She is a member of Academy of Management, EGOS and the Society for Business Ethics, among others.
