Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
Jee Young (Jeeny) SEO is an Assistant Professor in the People & Organisations department at NEOMA Business School. She received her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Her main teaching interests are organizational behavior, human resource management, and leadership. Her research interests include interpersonal behaviors, leadership, emotions, voice, and complaining. Her work has been published in Journal of Management and International Journal of Human Resource Management. Her work has been presented at international conferences, including the Academy of Management, the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and the Interdisciplinary Network for Group Research. She has received the Doctoral Dissertation Fellowship and Teaching Award from the Carlson School of Management.
