CHO Yongsun

PhD, Management Engineering

Yongsun Sunny CHO is an Assistant Professor of Accounting, Control and Legal Affairs at NEOMA Business School. Her main areas of teaching at NEOMA are in Financial Accounting under IFRS, and Management Accounting. She completed her Ph.D. in Management Engineering with a concentration in Accounting from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) College of Business in 2020. She received MSc in Business Administration from Seoul National University and BSc with a double major in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Management Science from KAIST. Prior to her Ph.D., she worked in the government affairs and policy team at POSCO Energy, the largest private energy producer in South Korea. Her research interests focus on auditing and management accounting. Her research interests include, but not limited to, auditing and management accounting. Specific areas of interest include audit market structure and competition, and audit pricing.
