DA MOTTA VEIGA Serge
Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration
Serge da Motta Veiga is Professor of Management and Director of Research at NEOMA Business School. Prior to joining NEOMA, he was a Professor at EDHEC Business School, American University and Lehigh University. He earned his Ph.D. in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Missouri, and his license in Economics from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. His research interests revolve around job search, recruitment, and career and talent management more broadly speaking. He has experience teaching classes at different levels (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate, executive) in Organizational Behavior, Career and Talent Management, and Human Resource Management. He has published his work in leading journals including Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Human Resource Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and the Journal of Organizational Behavior. He is also an Associate Editor at the Journal of Management Studies, and co-Editor-in-Chief at Applied Psychology: An International Review.
