Helena is Associate professor in the People and Organisations department of NEOMA BS. Helena completed her PhD in Management majoring Organisational Behaviour at IE Business School, in Madrid, Spain.
She conducted her dissertation investigating the link between negative emotions and creativity in the workplace. Her work has appeared at Organisational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics and the Journal of Business Strategy. She is currently working on several research projects related to her main research interests: emotions and inequality in HR.
