Zhenjiang GU is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Accounting, Control & Legal Affairs of NEOMA Business School in France. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in accountancy from City University of Hong Kong in 2021. Before that, he received his B.A. degree in finance from Wuhan University in 2017. His research focuses on executive compensation, corporate disclosures, and how firms adjust to the growing trend of stakeholder capitalism, especially in the social and environmental aspects. His papers have been presented at international conferences including EAA 2021, AOM 2021, and SMS 2021. At NEOMA, Zhenjiang teaches financial accounting and management accounting courses.
