LI Anran

PhD, Management, Strategy

Anran Li is an Assistant professor of Strategy at NEOMA Business School in France. He has completed his Mphil at the University of Auckland Business School and PhD at HKUST Business School, and served as a visiting scholar at INSEAD Business School. His research include strategic leadership (CEO, Top management team and board of directors), family business, and power and status. His research appears in Strategic Organization, Long Range Planning, Personnel Psychology, and Thunderbird International Business Review. His work entitled “Too much of a good thing: Examining the curvilinear relationship between team-level proactive personality and team performance” was selected as the Most Innovative Student Paper at the Academy of Management Annual Meetings (August 2018, Chicago). Anran serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several journals including Journal of International Management and International Journal of Technology Management, among others. Anran has also been involved in several projects that are under revision at premiere journals.
