LIAO Ching T.

PhD, Management

Ching T. Liao is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA Business School. She holds a PhD from IESE Business School (Spain) and an MSc from the London School of Economics (United Kingdom). She teaches strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation management at bachelor and master levels. Her research focuses on imitation and innovation, particularly their antecedent, process, consequence, and relationship. She also investigates how the context of emerging countries affects firms’ behaviour and their performance outcome. Her works have appeared in journals such as Industrial and Corporate Change and Small Business Economics. Ching actively participates in international conferences and serves as an ad hoc reviewer for several journals. She was a guest researcher at the Copenhagen Business School (Denmark) and a visiting scholar at Deusto Business School (Spain). Previously she worked for several years at Deloitte & Touche, specializing in financial report analyses and due diligent on cross-border M&A deals.
