PhD in Business Administration & Management
Azusa Nakamura is an Assistant Professor in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship department at NEOMA Business School. She received her Ph.D. degree from Bocconi University. Before joining NEOMA Business School, she worked at the University of Groningen as an Assistant Professor.
She taught Diversity Management for CESEM students, Innovation Management, Leading Change, HRM & Organization for PGE students. Currently, she is teaching Data Analytics and Decision Making for PGE students.
Her research focuses on network evolution and dynamics, status, whistleblowing, and Hollywood movie industry. Azusa's work has been published in the Strategic Management Journal. She has presented her work in key international conferences such as the Academy of Management Annual Meeting and the European Group for Organizational Studies Colloquium.
